Bug - Normal EXP Boosters cancelling

Hi.
I wanted to report a bug that I found in-game. When I try to activate an EXP booster, the game automatically cancels it, as if I had already used it. However, the lifespan of the booster is 4 hours, so it should not be canceled immediately.

Is there any solutions?

This is happening every single time you try to use an XP boost? So it just never works?

Had to restart the game and buy another one.
When I try to use it, it appears 2 messages letting me know it's activated. When I close them both, my XP boost cancels itself immediately

When you close them both? I'm not sure what that means. Can you just say step by step what happens. Sounds like maybe you're tapping on both XP boosts at the same time

The message that indicates you that the XP boost it's activated repeats twice when you try to use it. And when I close them, the XP boost deactivates itself like nothing.
