Anyone on the game right NOW?

Currently has 42 minutes left for a 1 hour event - medici shakedown? (Prize Event)

I know its only 1 hour because I logged in 30 minutes ago and just claimed my new Gold Filia. Then checked the event page and no event.

Then checked event page a while later (misclick) and found this event going on...

Is this a bug?

Yeah, it seems to be on a one hour timer. A second event went up immediately after the first, also on a one hour timer.
