When you buy a bundle of 10 Relics you get 1 Rare Bonus Relic free. This is often called a 10+1 (10 Regular Relics, plus 1 Rare Bonus Relic.)
The 10 Regular Relics have normal odds and can contain bronzes.
The +1 Bonus Relic will guarantee a Silver, and have double odds on golds and diamonds.
As you can see from the screenshot of the odds you have shown. Under the "+1" odds, you have a 0% chance of receiving a Bronze while still being able to received a Silver, Gold, or Diamond.
