2 types of moves?

Hello,
I was looking for good guides or forum threads on that - but I can't find any good description on how the moves work. What's the difference between those moves in a circle and the ones on a movie film? What's special move and a blockbuster move? Is every equippable move a blockbuster?

Special Moves are the ones in circle and Blockbusters are the ones with movie film. They have several differences.

Special Moves - become available for use based on special move cooldown. The cooldown starts high and decreases after the move is leveled up to certain levels. You can equip multiple copies of the same special move.

Blockbusters - become available for use based on blockbuster meter gain. Meter is generally gained by hitting, getting hit, and using special moves. There are three levels of blockbuster that determines how much meter is needed in order to become available for use. Leveling up a blockbuster move does not change the meter requirements. BB1 take 3-4 move points to equip, BB2 take 5-6, BB3 take 7-8. You can only equip one copy of each Blockbuster. If a character has 2 level 3 blockbusters you can only equip one of them. Level 3 blockbusters are unavoidable and unstoppable.
