For 21, don’t we already have peacock as Sayaka? Are you sure it isn’t something else?

That's a good point! But I still think Annie 21 is Sayaka Miki. Heck, Annie 21 is even doing a better job impersonating Sayaka.

Peacock 18 = Sayaka Miki
reason: Peacock's voice actor, Sarah Anne Williams played the character in Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

reason: the color scheme matches (who else in the world has a navy skirt and teal shoes?)
Perhaps the palette maker wanted to do another magical girl reference (Sailor Moon) and forgot Peacock already had it covered? (or they like it so much they wanted another reference)

Huh, surprised that the obvious Rosalina and Star Rabbit/Luma reference didn’t make the cut. Perhaps we could see it debut in SGM someday. Regardless, the ones chosen are top notch palettes. Could rock No. 28 when I eventually get my 2E skills to an acceptable level... and maybe complete the tutorial.

Yeah, very Jet Set Radio. Or maybe Pokémon or some RPG... They all (2-6) seem vaguely familiar, but they could be original.

At least I think 5 is original. Half the cast has a #5 that is yellow, black, and white. It is almost a tradition.
