Bug - Normal Accolades

Hello, I would like to receive some help getting the milestones I have achieved in accolades. below are screenshots showing proof of these accomplishments, yet the tree has not given me my rewards. thank you ahead of time for your help.

It's unclear what accolade you're referring to here. If it's the 'max silver' accolade, and you're using Resonant Evil as an example, it should only trigger upon hitting max with a silver character. If you maxed out Resonant Evil before the update, you would not trigger this accolade. The only accolades that will trigger based on pre-4.3 progress are the story mode related ones and player level, since they can only ever be achieved once.
