Bug - Normal AI still uses bb3 when tagging in

Like what the title says i was fighting a rainbow on rift and it used a bb3 on me on tag in

Yeah, unfortunately it looks like the AI is still able to activate a BB3 even after killing a player. We're aware of this bug and we hope to have it resolved for 3.2 ;__;

I'll adjust the updates notes to reflect this.
