Head Hunter is a really cool concept, but she's been bugged for over a year now. For those out of the loop, for over a year Head Hunter's unblockable precisions hitting a blocking opponent will crit and consume a precision, but will not ignore opponent SAs. This makes her unreliable against the likes of Immoral Fiber and Blue Screen, two extremely common prize fight defenders. This has been reported quite a few times, but the lack of change makes me suspect the fix is easier said than done. However, there is a way to grant her most the utility she was supposed to have without having to rewrite game logic:

Head Hunter old SA2:
With at least three stacks of PRECISION, all BEAM and ENERGY attacks are UNBLOCKABLE and inflict POWER SURGE for 10/12/15 seconds.

Head Hunter new SA2:
With at least three stacks of PRECISION, all BEAM and ENERGY attacks are UNBLOCKABLE and inflict POWER SURGE and HEX for 5/7/10 seconds.

This may appear redundant, but allows Head Hunter to abuse her unblockable beams at full potential once they're achieved. She can now safely counter the aforementioned defenders, so long as she pays attention to if hex is currently applied. It's worth noting that a 15 second hex would simply replace Red Velvet, which is not my intention. At 10 seconds, she can reliably abuse it herself, but can't support someone else's abuse as reliably, which should keep them unique.
