Bug - Normal backstage pass "all access" not activated

i bought the "all acces" on the backstage pass but when the purchase was completed my game closed and did not activate the "all access", and i already tried the refresh purchases button

Sorry you've ran into this issue.
I've looked into your account and fixed up your purchase for you. If you refresh your game, your All Access Backstage pass should be activated now.
