If you try to cast Cymbal Clash immediately after Tuba Tuba, the ability doesn't activate and it goes on cooldown. Not sure if this happens with any other skill interaction.

not really, this one involves having the special not work at all if cast after a blockbuster and the other one is about the special/bb not working if cast during a character-specific special ability

Sekhmet mechanism is still part of BB so that's why I thought it might be similar to Ur issue with SM. In both cases SM animation and mechanism is not triggered but they go on cooldown if they are used at the end or right after BB. But everything depends on the Dev Team's view.
