Today I acquired an offer that I thought was very good because the relics said that there was a 98% chance of getting a gold character, I gathered all the necessary theonites and bought the offer, however the relics gave me a lot of silver and only 3 gold, could someone tell me if it was a bug or if I didn't understand the percentages correctly?

Well, I bought one of those offers that usually come when you level up, in it came 4 million and 500 thousand coins, 1 legendary relic and 10+1 of the jackpot relic, and my question is whether the jackpot relics of this offer should come with 10 guaranteed gold as it was showing in the offer or I ended up understanding something wrong.

no, the jackpot relics are guaranteed silvers with a chance of getting a Gold or Diamond. When you get a Jackpot relic Voucher though, the 11th, 'bonus' pull of that will be a guaranteed Gold. Sounds like you got three from yours though, which is actually pretty good!
