I'm using a translator which I doubt does its job well but I was playing and it didn't give me the first base boss and I even played a fight after recuing one of my characters

We had some server issues over the weekend which likely caused this. Sorry for the inconvenience. In case that wasn't the cause of your issue though, there are some fixes going into the next update that should prevent this from happening in Parallel Realms.
