Bug - Normal Bug

Hello,
I have an annoying problem, for no reason the sounds of nature, water, food start playing, it's very annoying and it can't be turned off in the settings help.

This is a known issue and has been in the game for a while. Unfortunately, it's not something we've been able to fix on our own. The bug is that the in-game Advertisements are playing in the background. We've reached out to our Ad partners to have them resolve it but so far it has not gotten fixed.
