i recently bought a Double's relic and when i realize i was given a Filia instead. I just wanted to know if there are any chances of fixing this up.

You have now only 50% to get featured character - in your case Double.

Check the relic odds: the game now tells you that Character Relics only have a 50% chance of granting that character. Unless you get the 10+1 bundle; then the +1 relic will guarantee the specific character.
