Bug - Normal Buy a 10+1 relics and I lost my teonite

I just buy a 10+1 relic package and When I try to open it the game suddenly crashes and I lost the fighters and the theonites my nick name is hystery I have 1040 theonites before buy the package I should like have my theonites or the relics back
