Can't get past the authorization screen and no error code is popping up

i recently transferred all my data to a new phone and barely went on skullgirls for a while, but recently i decided to play so i updated the game and it got stuck on the authorization screen for a while so i tried to delete snd reinstall the app and tried logging into my account and same problem. i tried making another account to see if it was a problem with my account and same problem. i tried watching it and letting it sit for 10 minutes to see if anything would pop up and nothing.
any help would be appreciated
