It would be possible to find an exotic character in the wonder room and if it were the case they would have the same chances of coming out as in a normal relic or less?

Finding a Shiny Character (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond each have different odds) are the same 'odds' regardless of were you collect them from; Relic/Cabinet of Curiosity/PF rewards. Hope that helps. GLHF!
