Bug - Normal Characters greyed out & unselectable in chose your fighter screen

My characters
Annie (solar flair) silver lvl 40
Umbrella (puddle pirate) silver lvl 40
Double (xenomorph) gold lvl 19
Other characters with high/higher score ratings are playable.
OS: android 14 version 6.0, phone galaxy s22 ultra. This happened right after I downloaded my most recent update of the game 6.1.2.
Other solar flair Annie's work fine

Are these fighters currently in a Deployment by chance?
