Bug - Normal Characters stuck in deployments(?)

My shiny Painwheel and Nearly departed squigly are somehow stuck in "deployment mode" even though they're not deployed..

I had tried to send out 2 characters but it just would stop loading after a minute or so. I had tried for a bit but then decided to try with my painwheel and squigly but when it went through it had showed the previous characters I tried to send out that wouldn't go through. Any help..?

also just fyi I'm new to forums so if I'm using this improperly please let me know!
