Bug - Normal Completed Accolades not complete?

I am an older player returning and I see Accolades are a new feature rewarding players for reaching milestones which is nice but, it seems things I've completed in the past say 100% of story basic, or just the tutorial level rewards, are not achievable, thus the other rewards ahead of them are locked, is there something I can do to fix this I've redone levels but it doesn't seem to work
