Bug - Normal Completed Accolades not complete?

I am an older player returning and I see Accolades are a new feature rewarding players for reaching milestones which is nice but, it seems things I've completed in the past say 100% of story basic, or just the tutorial level rewards, are not achievable, thus the other rewards ahead of them are locked, is there something I can do to fix this I've redone levels but it doesn't seem to work
 
If you share with me your Skullgirls Mobile Username and Public ID I can look into it.
 
Your Story Mode, Treasure Node, and Advanced tutorial Accolades should all be claimable now. If you have trouble claiming future Accolades let me know!

Yours should be claimable now too, but please contact us in the future if you're unable to claim other ones.
