Bug - Normal Daily reward

I was playing game, and stopped it as background application. After my in game day passed, I resumed the game, and I lost my daily reward. I turned off the application and re start, still missing. It was time for relic. Does anyone have any idea what’s happening?

I was playing game, and stopped it as background application. After my in game day passed, I resumed the game, and I lost my daily reward. I turned off the application and re start, still missing. It was time for relic. Does anyone have any idea what’s happening?

It resets every month and today is the first of October so it restarted from day one again.
By the way, the login is a daily thing, so if you put the app on background and play for three days without closing it you will receive the reward only the day you started the game.
