A disgusting overbuff? Maybe.
- 6 Lightning Shots are now granted ALWAYS when reloading with no shots remaining.
- Lightning Shots bonus damage has been reduces as a result.
- Damage Slayer has low base damage, and Lightning Shots don't have a reliable true infinite, so it's not imbalanced.
- DOOM is now applied when Black Dahlia hits the opponent with the CUP from her taunt. (blocked hits included)
- DOOM duration is reduces when successfully hitting the opponent with the CUP again.
- Dahlia's Taunt is among one of the worst, due to its long start up time and not being Special or Blockbuster Cancellable
- With this change you're free to apply Doom whenever, but risk being punished by the opponent. Furthermore you must hit them with the Cup, which is harder than in sounds.
- Due to the increased difficulty of application, further hits from the Cup reduce the Doom duration even further. So you can technically trigger it faster than any other Doom.
Balance Notes:
- If blocked CUP hits triggering the DOOM is too strong, then changing it to successful hits will do the trick. I did some quick testing, and you can bait the opponent in the corner to get hit by the Cup if you charge up a charge attack.
