Bug - Normal Dark Black dahlia, umbrella and Annie

My black dahlia, umbrella and Annie are simply pitch black, all animations are black, including attack animation, example, black dahlia's shots, oil barrel or Annie's flying sword blockbuster, even the stars, umbrella bubbles, big bubbles, puddles and everything just black and it's in all modes, prize fights, versus, rifts, history mode, daily events, basically everywhere, including her information screen black dahlia wasn't black before the 5.3 update, where she is now in normal relics, before her animations were normal, almost same with Annie, at some point when umbrella released (not in normal relics), her animations simply got pitch black, when umbrella launched, on hungry state, she gets black, this is happening in all variants from the three characters, here are some images:Screenshot_20230329-165918~2.pngScreenshot_20230329-165918~3.pngScreenshot_20230329-165915~2.pngScreenshot_20230329-165915~3.pngScreenshot_20230329-165906~2.pngScreenshot_20230329-165906~3.pngi hope i helped
 
This often happens after we do updates, sometimes files get corrupted during installation. Have you tried reinstalling yet to see if that fixes it?

Actually yes, i have reinstalled the game like 5 times in a row everytime that i saw that one character getting bugged, yet nothing, not a single time it got back to work normally, it doesn't destroy the gameplay but it makes harder to see what's going on
 
Sounds like you're doing something that's causing the bug to occur, do you have specific steps? If possible, would be great if you could capture it on video and share it here or in a private Youtube link.

We've had bugs previously with Hungern/Umbrella that can mess up shaders like this, but it typically doesn't persist.
 
I didn't did anything else than updating and opening the game, i play normally, i don't have a minimal idea what could possibly happened
 
To be clear, when you reinstall the game, the fighters are immediately blacked out like that? Or does it show up later during combat?
