Don’t know the error code, just sad

An error happened today when I went to collect my rewards from big bens gold pf in the mail, but the moment I went to collect I got a error saying I’d have to try again later, so I give it about 30 minutes and go to collect again but this time their was no longer anything in unread, it had moved it to read and still didn’t give me my reward so that was a big waste of time in pf
