Bug - Normal Double Catellite Lives

On playing Rainbow Blight, if I use catellite lives and it hits the enemy, sometimes the enemy can fall over, get up and block before all the heads are gone. That is fine, however when this happens I cannot use any blockbusters yet, while the enemy can already use theirs. I am not sure if this is a feature that is made on purpose as it does not make sense.
This happens in Prize Fights. I am on Android 9.

Correction: It also happens on any fight.

Double can't use any Blockbusters while Cattelite Lives is active. It's a feature.
