This happened in the boss node of the Advanced Double Daily, it doesn't happen on the other nodes, just the boss node. When I juggle using my Double (the one where she becomes a teacup) against the boss node, which is another Double, the AI "slips out" of my juggle, drops to the ground and immediately blocks.
I've already asked a Double Main (in the game's chat) about this and he/she said that he/she never noticed it so I'm pretty sure that this is a bug.
