I hit the goal of 1000 water elemental fragments and received a relic of golden blows, I thought it was strange, but I opened it. Now I received 500 of each elemental fragment and there was a relic of hits again, that's when I noticed the bug and didn't open it.

Once you hit 1000 water fragments, you should then see an increase in your total water elemental essences and your fragments will reset to 0.
You don't get Relics when getting 1000 fragments, you get Elemental Essences.
You don't get Relics when getting 1000 fragments, you get Elemental Essences.
