Signature abilities such as Big Top Cerebella's Encore (resurrect when defeated) and Last Hope Valentine's Urgent Care (heavy regen when low HP) can only activate once per match. But the text for it appears again if the conditions are met even if it's been activated once already. The passive effects do not actually activate again, like Urgent Care appearing but the heavy regen effect isn't applied.
