Bug - Normal Error 8.UDE.19 then i lost the streak

Hello I want to report the error 8.UDE.19 it has been twice that I lose the streak (+20 fights) for the same situation. It is not my Internet connection because even if I turn off the wifi and use the 4G of my phone the error does not disappear.
It happens when selecting enemy team so after tap continue it begins to load and then it marks the error and it does not disappear but if I return to the menu to change the team my streak begins from zero.

The first time was in the gold cerebella's prize fight and now in the gold filia's PF.

Moto G4 plus
Android 7 nougat

Hey Ignis, we're looking into this issue, really sorry that you're losing your streak to this bug.
