Evolving without prestige

I have simple question. I have a Toad Warrior Cerebella that is level 40 with all the ability map unlocked, but I only have a single extra toad warrior but other silver cerebellas that are repeated too. My question is, is it worth evolving the Toad Warrior using different silver cerebellas or should I wait to have 3 more toad warriors? I probably just evolve bronze characters to silver just to use as fodder if its worth it.
Also can I get prestige later sacrificing the same variant but in a lower tier?

Yes, You can evolve your toad without Prestige. Also I think toad is strong enough without prestige but if you really want Prestige you can sacc that one toad.

Yes, you can.
So you can use any fighter you want to evolve Cerebella. And just add Prestige later.
That's an amazing addition.
