Bug - Normal Fighters far apart when fight starts

im sure i read this bug somewhere, but i cant find the post now.
I didn't experience it untill the new 1.3 update. I have multiple instances where the fight begin with two fighters furthest apart on screen; and once they were near but my fighter(cerebella) was half off screen, the camera zoomed out when fight begain of course.
Ipad air 10.3.2
