Bug - Normal Fillia-Frayed Ends Bug

When i used fillia-frayed ends i can't inflict her bleed, but when my oppenet hit my fillia they got bleed debuff. I think there are miss spelled or bug?
I have open her ability to inflict bleed for information

Frayed Ends' signature ability will occasionally inflict bleed when she gets hit, which per your comment appears to be happening as expected.

20% chance when HIT to inflict BLEED for 3/5/7 seconds
