CHARGE ATTACKS consume all stacks of ENRAGE, inflicting STUN and HEAVY BLEED for 1/1.5/2 second(s) per stack consumed.
CHARGE ATTACKS consume all stacks of ENRAGE, granting Annie 5/7/10% STAR POWER meter and inflicting HEAVY BLEED for 2/2.5/3 second(s) per stack consumed.

The original variant was based on Annie from League of Legends, and as a reference she had the stun component. That's fine and all, but in all honesty, a large portion of that stun was lost due to Annie's innate ways of comboing the opponent after a charge attack. Additionally, you lost all Enrages, and the damage from the Heavy Bleed is simply not sufficient to compensate. Gold Support variants like Martial Outlaw for example provide not only an easier Heavy Bleed condition, but also grants it to all allies.

The above, combined with the fact she's now referencing a completely different character, is why I think removing the Stun and enhancing the variant in different ways will be beneficial to up her strength and popularity.

- The Heavy Bleed is now 15 seconds, opposed to 10 seconds at max stacks. This may not sound big, but considering the next addition, it definitely is:
- On Charge Attack use, Annie will also gain Star Power meter based on the number of consumed Enrage charges. This means that at 5 charges, you'll gain 50% Star Power meter back, allowing you to pretty much immediately use it again after a Charge Attack. This gives a good circular synergy with SA1, which is dependent on using Star Power, thus allowing you to regain Enrage stacks a lot faster and more consistently.

This will in general improve her synergy with Enrage providing supports, as even at 1 stack, you gain some value. Rose Tinted + Fire Branded would go pretty hard, and give you very consistent Enrage uptime and high stacks
