I've complained about this before, but Parasoul has a cancel that's on par with Fortune's taunt. Back when it was enrage, it was 5/7/10s because a cancel shouldn't be as strong as a full fledged taunt. However, Para isn't as dominant as she once was, and doesn't need a nerf. However, Fortune was designed as a high streak PF fighter and isn't even the best at that anymore. Making her taunt 3/4/5 allows her to get full utility out of her Fiber/Gato/Taunt combo, as well as letting her finish opponents with Hit Paws much easier. It would also bring Rogue Agent and Ms. Trial far higher in rift utility.
There's other fighters that need buffs too, but if a move update is in the works, this and her BB3 are the only two things that feels really bad with her (and her BB3 probably won't see play anyhow so IDRC about that)
