Scenario- Any situation. Even replicable in training.
No special setup required, seems it's just a value that needs tweaking. I recently invested in her (unlocked the final node to her tree earlier today)- restarted the game and it didn't seem to fix it. I tried lethal weapon to see if it was a dahlia thing, and it isn't replicable with her.
During my effort to get footage, I got her hexed by accident. This fixed her damage numbers per shot.
