Game Crashing

I want to report a problem, after the update everytime I tried to complete parallel realm but when i tried to play one node my game crash every time and when i tried again crashes i tried daily events, weekly and monthly my games still crashes, if there's a problem with the game or something that crashes the game please fix it because my phone only crashes whenever I play skullgirls for 3 to 4 hours, so please fix it

@Ayako Koruyami have you tried reinstalling first? Just to rule out any corrupted files or missing assets that may be causing crashes.

I did reinstalled the game multiple time but still crashes whenever i tried to play, and i looked if i have background running apps or corrupted file but i don't see any.
Before the update i played smoothly but now i couldn't even play 1 game crashes in the Middle of the fight.

We are aware of the new Brain Drain guest star specifically causing lag, particularly his Brainstorm move, so be on the lookout for that in case that's causing it. Overall though, we are aware the new guest stars may be putting more stress on devices. If you're playing for 3-4 hours at a time, I'd recommend restarting the app occasionally just in case we have some undiscovered memory leak.
