I used Blowout just as Parasoul used Inferno Brigade and this happened. Filia charged into Parasoul and then both fighters were frozen in place and the game was completely stuck, tag ins and moves weren't responsive either. Even though I lost the match due to time out, the post-match defeat screen with the continue button never popped up. So the only way to resolve this was to re-launch the game.
