Bug - Normal game gets stuck whenever I try to send or receive a gift

everytime I try to send a gift or recieve a gift the game immediately gets stuck and doesn't get back to working. I closed and restarted the game multiple times and the same thing happens. i have a video recorded of it happening but it doesn't upload
