Bug - Normal Hemofillia doesnt work at medici prize fight

I played medici prize fight and found my deadlocked haven't permanent bleed effect. It wasn't weird thing in 3.4ver bc she has a bleed resistance thou. But i saw in patch note that resistance cannot resist match modifiers anymore. Is it kinda bug or am i missing something?

The word '피일리아' does mean HERMOFILLIA!
