how to counter Assasins's greed Valentine?

ASSASSIN'S GREED VALENTINE
SA1: When the opponent uses a BLOCKBUSTER against Valentine, they lose 25% of their remaining HEALTH and suffer HEAVY BLEED for 5 seconds.
SA2: Gain 5% HEALTH per second while nearby an opponent suffering BLEED.

1. No blockbusters (yet)
She can be overpowered with low-combo, heavy damage attacks. For example, Harlequin Cerebella would be great with frequent special moves. Stay away from characters that rely on blockbusters, like Big Band.

2. No bleeding
Pick a character that can get IMMUNITY. Either via signature ability or special move (Squigly, Peacock, and Parasoul have taunts). Or use a Valentine with a "ICU" marquee ability (Valentine gains HEAVY REGEN for 20 seconds when suffering a DEBUFF).

Essentially if she can't make you bleed, then go ahead and blockbuster (if you can spare the health). The regen she gets from your bleeding is the biggest thing to worry about.

I use Jawbreaker (Any double works, maybe Xenomorph is a better choice with chaos) / Hack N Splash with a Harlequin as support, both using their signature three special combo

Only in really high streaks does she survive an entire combo

There are more characters that actively punish blockbuster heavy users (like Assassin's Greed, Love Crafted, any Robo with their power surges), I suggest having some fighters especialized on special moves to have against those

Well, there is variety of solutions to Assassin's Greed.
1. Use a fighter that doesn't depend on BBs but can finish her fast. Harlequin, Criminal Mind, Purrfect Dark, etc.
2. Use a fighter that can inflict heal block like nothing . Best is all doubles special move as it can combo well.
3. Use a fighter that can get rid of heavy bleed. BloodBath, ICU vals best is Surgeon General.

Note- If her regeneration bugs you let yourself meet Splitting Image. Her is sick.

Nunsense might be not so effective, but she's pretty useful too.
The buff/debuff counter might overflow, but it's the best part.

I use Love Crafted almost all the time to counter ICU Assassin's Greed, or any ICU valentine which my flytrap can't kill,
without even having to use any blockbusters
