Bug - Normal i had 16 gold characters n 10 of them different, but i cant claim reward of 10/10 gold characters, my nickname CHIKENUG1000000

from what I heard, the important thing is that it's 10 different golds from 10 different characters!
 
As the post above said, you need 10 different characters, not including variants of those same characters.
