I want to know if these gold fighters are any good

So im new and i just played yesterday and i think im doing pretty good so onto my question i got 2 gold fighters and those are
(time thief) miss fortune and (Bio-exorcist) squigly and i ask you if either of these two are good? And which of the two should i level first?
