Hi there. I made the music cover on Skull Heart Arrhythmia theme and I want to upload it to Youtube. But I'm can't make full music video now so want use game logo instead (was found in Google). Anyone knows about issues with copyright? Can I use this in my content?

But an official statement about what works and what can make you get a legal square root of a fish would be really interesting!!
