Some development explains how to complete this challenge . The only character I could possibly get is Eliza but the modifier overrides i

Looks difficult, yes, but not impossible. The reflected debuffs should be avoided with Immunity, which can be easily accessible with certain fighters’ taunts, such as Parasoul and Peacock. Off the top of my head, I can recommend Wildcard or Ivy League due to their debuff spam and access to Immunity via taunt. Surgeon General is also good to have as support for a similar reason.

So Scarlet Viper can counter reflected bleeds with taunt (grants Regen), and Blood Drive and Nyanotech can convert debuffs under specific circumstances, so that’s the best I can recommend.

Immunity avoids debuff, I know that, but does this make the opponent suffer more than one debuff?

Ex: if using Lovecrafted q inflicts 2 debuff.

Kkkkkkk, man my post is about the challenge of inflicting 30 debuff.
 
Red velvet ability looks like it works normal, inflicts 3 debuff

Huh, I just assumed that either the reflected Hex would prevent the whole three-debuff thing or that two of said debuffs would transfer to Red Velvet. Neat!
