Looks difficult, yes, but not impossible. The reflected debuffs should be avoided with Immunity, which can be easily accessible with certain fighters’ taunts, such as Parasoul and Peacock. Off the top of my head, I can recommend Wildcard or Ivy League due to their debuff spam and access to Immunity via taunt. Surgeon General is also good to have as support for a similar reason.

So Scarlet Viper can counter reflected bleeds with taunt (grants Regen), and Blood Drive and Nyanotech can convert debuffs under specific circumstances, so that’s the best I can recommend.

No it just stops you from getting debuffed.

When they tag out with hex they get 3 random debuffs.

That might be a bug since hex prevents signatures from activating.
