Bug - Normal Incorrect Defense Stats

iPhone 6S, Version 9.3
The stats section says my Parasoul Primed only has +9% defense, but I have purchased both defense upgrades in the skill tree (+15%) and I have an extra 9% defense from Motor Brigade.

Don't worry the glitch is only visual your def stats are the same.
