Sometimes when enter or quit of some menus, the game never stops loading and need to be reseted (mainly happens in main screen - shop switch).

The device is: Moto E 22, and there's no error pop-up, I never had connections problems with Skullgirls

Often times network issues like this can be region related. Depending on what part of the world you're playing in, you may have occasional lag connecting to our various Amazon web service access points around the world. Unfortunately that's related to how those services function and we don't have any immediate control over that.
Something else you can try if you haven't already, is try playing on a completely different network, if possible, to see if that fixes anything. Though, you'd really only see a recognizable difference if this was happening consistently, which it usually isn't.
