Bug - Normal INNER PIECES

So I've been moving buffs around with inner pieces and it's been working very well until I tried it out with scared stiff... Stiff's unflinching wasn't transferring to inner pieces, first I thought buffs gained from signature abilities can't be transferred but it was able to transfer Thrill Shriekers enrage which is a buff gained from her sig ability... Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Okay and also evergreens' signature ability doesn't seem to work with nunsense.... Evergreen doesn't extend nunsense's gained buffs by 5 seconds but she does it for other characters that gained buffs....
