You may have no noticed, but you can't gain final stand while you have unflinching FROM TRAUMA CENTER.
You can try it easily with "vaporware and chill", there are other variants that suffer from this.
Even if this had a sense in the past, with all the new variants with deadeye or other tools to deal with Unflinching, the need to keep it nerfed is gone.
The recent peacock dealbreaker suffers for this too.
The main problem is that this just affects the player and is not explained in any part, you have to find it out by losing in an unfair mode.
I mean, this also applies to the bots, but it does have little effect or implications.
